Delivery Policy

To help us deliver your order efficiently and without delays, it’s important that your site is ready and accessible for large vehicle deliveries. We ask that you provide any relevant access details when placing your order.

Access Requirements:

  • Vehicle Access: Our deliveries are made using 26-tonne lorries. If your site has access limitations (e.g., narrow roads, low bridges, weight restrictions), please inform us at the time of ordering.
  • Moffett Forklift Needs: If a forklift is required for unloading at your site, let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • Site-Specific Challenges: Please highlight any potential on-site challenges such as tight access, height limits, overhead cables, or restricted manoeuvring space.

 

Kerbside Delivery Standard

All deliveries are made to the nearest accessible kerbside point. Please ensure there’s enough clear space for our driver to park and unload safely.

Someone Must Be Present

We require someone to be present to receive the goods and sign for the delivery. If no one is available on the scheduled delivery day, please notify us in advance so we can reschedule.

Your cooperation in sharing accurate access information is essential to avoid delays or failed deliveries. If you have any questions about delivery suitability or access, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we’ll email you a confirmation including your order details and number. Please check everything is correct and let us know right away if anything needs amending.

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Timelines may vary depending on product availability or supplier lead times.

Delivery Notifications

After dispatch, you’ll receive a follow-up email with your estimated delivery date and any other relevant information.

  • Typical Lead Times:
    • o Standard products: 3–5 working days
    • o Kingspan range: 7–10 working days

 

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates, as we depend on supplier schedules and transport logistics. Any significant delays or changes will be communicated promptly.

If any items from your order are temporarily unavailable, we will inform you right away. Where possible, we’ll suggest comparable alternatives to keep your project moving forward.

  • Delivery Time Slots: We’re unable to offer exact time slots due to third-party logistics, but your goods will arrive on the confirmed date.
  • No Live Tracking: Our service does not currently offer live delivery tracking, but we’ll keep you updated at key stages via email.
  • Missed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to incorrect access info or no one being available, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Booking Tradespeople: Please wait until your order has arrived before scheduling contractors to avoid unnecessary delays or costs.
  • Email Tips: If you haven’t received our emails, please check your junk/spam folder. Feel free to contact our team for help at any time.

We deliver throughout most of mainland UK, excluding the following regions and postcodes:
AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, LD, LL, PA, PH, PL, PO, SA, SY, TR, ZE.
Some locations may incur additional delivery charges. For full coverage details, please refer to the delivery map on our website.

Delivery costs are calculated based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Item type(s) and quantities
