Orders processed 7am – 5pm (Closed Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm or Weekend Orders will be processed on the next working day.

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. We'll keep you updated and notify you of any changes.
The Yard BM Delivery Policy – September 2025
To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your site is suitable for large vehicle access before placing your order. When ordering, share any important details about your location to avoid delays.
- Vehicle Access: Our deliveries are typically made using 26-tonne lorries. If your area has weight restrictions, narrow lanes, or low bridges, please let us know when ordering.
- Unloading Equipment: If your delivery requires a forklift or other unloading equipment, we need this information in advance so arrangements can be made.
- On-Site Challenges: Inform us of anything that may restrict access, such as overhead wires, tight corners, or limited space for manoeuvring.
Deliveries are made to the nearest kerbside point that is safely accessible for our vehicles. Please make sure there is space for unloading.
A responsible person must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. If nobody is available, please contact us beforehand to reschedule. Missed deliveries may result in additional charges.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with full details once your purchase is placed. Please check this carefully.
- Processing & Dispatch: We normally process orders within 1–2 working days, subject to product availability.
- Delivery Timescales:
- Standard stocked products: 3–5 working days
- Special order items: 7–10 working days
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on supplier schedules or transport conditions. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
- Lead Time: Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.
- Coverage: We deliver nationwide across the UK.
- Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
For pallet-sized or oversized orders, delivery may take a little longer. We’ll always confirm estimated lead times at the point of order.
We deliver to most of mainland UK. However, some regions may require additional arrangements or incur extra costs.

Delivery charges depend on:
- The delivery address
- The type and quantity of goods ordered
Final costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- Deliveries cannot be given precise time slots, but you’ll be updated with the delivery date.
- We do not currently offer live tracking.
- Please do not book tradespeople until your order has been received.
- If our emails don’t appear in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder or contact us directly.
