Delivery charges are included in the final shopping basket and apply to mainland UK, excluding the Islands, Scottish Highlands, and specific postcodes: IV, KW, HS, AB, PH19-48, DD, ZE. Additional charges may apply for these areas.

To ensure smooth deliveries, please provide detailed information about your site when placing your order. This will help us plan delivery routes effectively.

Key Points to Note:

1. Road Access: Inform us of any restrictions (narrow roads, low bridges, weight limits) that might prevent a 26-tonne lorry from entering.
2. Moffett Requirements: If a Moffett is needed for offloading, let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
3. Site Obstacles or Restrictions: Notify us of any on-site obstacles (height restrictions, overhead wires, tight turning spaces) to aid our drivers in planning their approach.

Delivery Time and Order Confirmation

• Lead Time: Deliveries to mainland UK typically take 3-5 working days. Kingspan products may take 5-7 working days.
• Manufacturer Availability: Delivery schedules may vary. If changes or delays occur, we’ll notify you via email or phone.
• Product Availability and Alternatives: If a product is unavailable, we’ll inform you and suggest suitable alternatives.
• Delivery Time Window: Specific delivery times cannot be provided, but we’ll aim to deliver on the scheduled date.
• Delivery Tracking: Tracking is not available, but you’ll receive email updates on your order status.
• Failed Deliveries and Re-delivery Charges: Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to unavailability or inaccurate details.
