Description
Product Overview
Celotex GA4100 is a 100mm-thick rigid PIR thermal insulation board from the GA4000 range, foil-faced on both sides with low-emissivity aluminium composite facers. It provides high thermal resistance (Rᴅ 4.50 m²·K/W at 100mm) and is designed for use in roofs, walls and floors within compliant build-ups.
Key Features & Benefits
- Low thermal conductivity λᴅ = 0.022 W/(m·K) (50–100 mm range)
- Declared thermal resistance Rᴅ = 4.50 m²·K/W at 100 mm
- Foil-faced both sides (low-emissivity aluminium composite)
- Straight edge profile for easy positioning
- Compressive strength class CS(10\Y)140
- Versatile: suitable for roofs, walls and floors
- Supplied 4 boards/pack (14.4 m²/pack) and 24 boards/pallet (≈69.1 m²/pallet) for 100 mm
Applications / Typical Uses
Thermal insulation for roofs, walls and floors as part of compliant construction assemblies. Used as a non-structural insulation layer to improve U-values and energy performance.
Installation & Handling
Store boards flat, dry and out of direct sunlight. Protect installed boards from weather exposure and UV. Follow local regulations and the manufacturer’s guidance for specific build-ups, fixings and vapour control. Cut with a fine-tooth saw or sharp blade; ensure close-fitting joints and appropriate sealing where required.
