Siniat GTEC Standard Board 12.5 mm Tapered Edge (2400 mm × 1200 mm) is a reliable, cost‑effective gypsum board engineered for general drylining applications. With its 12.5 mm thickness and standard sheet size, it is ideal for internal wall linings and ceilings in both residential and commercial settings.

- Manufactured with aerated calcium sulphate di‑hydrate core enclosed in recycled paper liners; core and papers bonded with starch and PVA edge glue
- Reaction to fire classification: Euroclass A2‑s1,d0
- Complies with BS EN 520:2004 + A1:2009 Type A
- Thermal conductivity λ = 0.19 W/mK; Thermal resistance R ≈ 0.066 m²K/W for 12.5 mm thickness
- Colour‑coded: front face ivory, back face grey for easy identification
- Smooth surface suitable for decoration or skim finish and tapered edge finish for flush joints
- Lightweight and easy to cut (score and snap method) for efficient installation

Installation & Handling
- Store boards flat on a level surface in a dry environment
- Handle with care to avoid damage to board edges and faces
- Cutting can be achieved using the “score & snap” method; power tools are not required
- Fix using appropriate screws depending on the substrate (e.g., self‑tapping for thin gauge metal, self‑drilling for thicker metal, high‑thread for timber)
- Use Siniat approved jointing and finishing systems; prime boards with the applicable universal sealer before decoration
