URSA Cavity Batt 32 provides thermal insulation for new masonry cavity walls, suitable for full fill up to 25m in height and unrestricted partial fill. Designed for domestic and non-domestic buildings, it meets BBA standards with added requirements above 12m or 25m.

Description

  •  BBA‑approved glass mineral wool slab designed for full or partial fill in external masonry cavity walls up to 25 m high.
  •  Declared thermal conductivity (λ) of 0.032 W/m·K, offering excellent thermal insulation and helping to reduce heat loss.
  •  Non‑combustible with a Euroclass A1 fire classification according to EN 13501‑1, ensuring maximum safety in wall assemblies.
  • Water‑repellent yet vapour‑permeable, resisting moisture ingress while allowing the wall structure to breathe.
  • Lightweight, flexible design allows for friction‑fit installation between wall ties with minimal cutting and waste.
  • Made using recycled glass content (up to 73 %) and in compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, contributing to sustainable building practice.

Payment

The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 3-5 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 7-10 working days on rare occasions. Once the order has been placed, a member of staff will then be in contact to confirm a delivery date.

The following delivery fees apply to Grey delivery area.

  • Minimum order value: £200 ex VAT
  • Orders between £200 and £600 ex VAT: £55ex VAT
  • Orders over £600 ex VAT: Free delivery
