These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from The Yard Builders Merchant Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) through https://theyardbm.co.uk/ (“Website”).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
1. Products
- Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur.
2. Prices and Payment
- All prices include VAT (where applicable).
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
3. Order Process
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
4. Delivery
- Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5. Cancellation and Returns
- Consumers have a right to cancel an order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

- Returned goods must be in their original condition.
6. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
- If the goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

- Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where otherwise required by law.

- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
