DuPont Tyvek Acrylic Tape is a specialist construction sealing tape engineered for use within building envelope systems. It is primarily designed to seal overlaps, joints, and penetrations in Tyvek® breather membranes and AirGuard® air and vapour control layers, helping to create a continuous airtight and watertight barrier.
Manufactured with a durable HDPE-based Tyvek® backing and a high-performance modified acrylic adhesive, the tape provides excellent long-term adhesion, even under variable temperature and humidity conditions. It is widely used in timber frame, roofing, and façade systems where reliable air and moisture control is critical.
